Somatic Cycles offers a peaceful landing place for women and folks assigned female at birth (AFAB) to learn about their bodies in a way that is affirming to their individual and community identities. I offer a loving container for folks to explore what their bodies are communicating about their boundaries, pleasure, fertility, and overall sexual wellness.
